Yes looking great!!

Quick Q

how much was you pistol shrimp?

The LFS have a goby Pistol Shrimp Pair both caught together for £65 is that a good price for them??

I like your leather. Always wanted one, I should do a bit of research about them.
Probably one of the few corals that you don't need to research, they are hard as nails and will grow in pretty much any conditions, mine have fragged so many times i've lost count :D

The tank is looking super aquascaper! Top tank! I finally went and bought a leather, or three! LOL. One came with a baby attached, and I bought another bigger one yesterday. Both have been out, but have gone back in today. How long did they take to acclimate, ie come comletely out?

Thanks for the kind comments guys

The Bullseye Pistol Shrimp was £23 on his own and contrary to popular belief he has paired with my Yellow Watchman Goby.
£65 for a Shrimp/Goby is reasonable, i'm sure if you looked around you'd find cheaper and dearer so if they are healthy go for it :dunno:

The Mandarin was given away when I downgraded to the smaller tank as, despite having around 80kgs of live rock in the system, he was a true 'pod eater and wouldn't accept anything else. Without all the rock available to him (as some is in the sump and in externals) I feared he might starve so he was donated to another large tank.

My Sacrophytons usually take a few days to settle after being moved or messed about with. As long as there's no 'cheese' forming anywhere they're fine and will eventually perk up. If you ever get the chance, pick up a fully extended Sacro out of the water and watch how much water is expelled as it deflates - its unbelievable :hyper:

Awesome pics, I really like the look of that orchid dottyback

Very nice! How did you get the CB to stay still for a pic? Mine just hammers it around or hides in one of the caves. Also What is the larger hemit? Is it a Zebra?

The larger hermit (i think) is a Zebra, I bought it in a pack of 100 blue legs for the larger tank and there seems to be a few of them growing huge :X

In answer to the photography question............................

Fast shutter speed and a x12 optical zoom :p

Huge is the word for it man that guy's big. They had them at my LFS for £10 each and there realy small at the moment. Was thinking of getting one but might not now.

It Does my head in reading threads like this, It always gives me the bug to start another saltwater tank  Really like the way you have set the tank up Aquascaper! very professional!

Well it's all changed now............got a little bored with the look and bought another rock of Zoo's which I couldn't find a place for so it's all been redesigned with some of the larger sump rock moved up to the dispay tank and the smaller display rock moved down into the sump.

I'll get pictures up before the weekend (still no PC at home :sly: )
