• When you realize that you've got 14 tanks in your living room totalling 250 gallons of water.
• When you don't count the 10 gallon tank in your bathroom because it's a quarentine tank afterall.
• When you consider turning the master bedroom closet into a fish room.
• When you have a garden hose permanently connected to your shower.
• When you set up wireless cameras to watch your tanks and transmit the picture to your PC in the other room.

when you start eyeing places in the house and think "i could fit another tank right there", and "who needs a dining room table anyway, think of the tanks i could put there", and "hmmmm, what size pond could i fit out on that patio and would it take the wait" when you live in a second floor unit

When it takes longer to feed all of your fish each night than it takes you to consume all of your own meals of the day.
When you have more fish mediciation, then human medicine in your medicine cabinet.
When your concerns parents or significant other have brought you to a MTS meeting.
When you prefer tank water to tap water.
