5ppm Ammonia down to 0.5ppm in a little over 12 hours. Nitrites down to 100ppm instead of the 250ppm they've been holding at for the last 3 weeks. Nitrates still off the charts but that can be fixed with a large water change once the nitries and ammonia are both down to 0.

Sounds like you are starting to get close Kharma. Have you given any thought to what you will use for stocking and how quickly you will do it? Its alway best to stock in stages with the hardiest fish first. The reason for hardy is that even when you are at the end of your cycle, the tank will not be truly mature and stabilized but will be fine for the hardier fish. Some of the more sensitive fish should wait for a few more months to go by while your tank and water condtions mature.
