Wow Wigglers. But How Can This Be

I did think it stange that they would have survied outside.
will destroy the little buggers when i get home from work. Glad i didnt spend any money on them.

Good thing my boss is away today otherwise he'd have wondered what on earth I was laughing at - this has had me giggling for ages now...

So definitely mosquito larvae then...not even tadpoles!

LOL the thought of a tank full of mosquito larvae bobbing about is giving me the heebie-jeebies - oh gosh imagine if you never realised and ended up with a house full of mosquitos!!

At least you got their name right tho - they are, indeed, referred to as wigglers

I was thinking that think they take a few weeks 2 mature.
Alexs wakes up one morning and checks on his wigglers. "That's funny" he says "were are they all"
Alex awakes the next day to see a swarm of mozzis coming right for him "that's funny" he says "were did they come from"

Well you will be pleased to read that when I got home from work yesterday. They were all still bobbing along so I promptly fished the out and poped them in my main tank.
Fish went absolutely crazy for the larvi. I have never seen them react that way 2 food. Think my angels got most of them but there was certainly enough for everyone.

Hahaha at least your fish got a lovely treat out of it! Live food is a surefire way to make your fish happy, maybe you should leave standing water outside more often - your fish will love you lots with a weekly treat of live food!
