Would These Fish Be Compatable?

Ok, I don't know where to post this, so here goes...

I have some zebra & yoyo loaches currently. My 'centerpiece' fish are going to be one pair of Kribensis. I think I will be putting in a shoal of tetras. Currently in a different tank I have 5 White Cloud Mountain Minnows and my Betta.
My question is... would the minnows fit into this tank? With the tetras, I know my betta would not.

depends on the size of the tank...

No they wouldn't, because of temperature though, WCMMs like sub tropical conditions I think (16[sup]o[/sup]C - 18[sup]o[/sup]C ish). (Someone with better knowledge correct me )

I keep 2 WCMMs in with my tetras at 24°C and they are fine

It is a 75 gallon. I currently have them with my Betta... but I had forgotten that they like cooler water.
