Would Any Saltwater Fish Work In 55 Gallons?

A snowflake moray would be cool, but the reason I mentioned the single Picasso as. So he could be the Star of the tank. But, since it's your first marine, one fish might be easier to manage. But after your tank gets older and you get more experience, you could add the snowflake moray. A they Say, the more live rock, the better. I have 10 pounds in my 10 gallon.

Ok, I'll get lots of live rock when I've planned everything out. Are there any decorations besides rock that they won't bite/move too much?

Make sure you also have the right equipment too! I.e. Sump/refugium, right lighting, power head, skimmer, etc etc!!
