I was thinking neons or guppies for my 30 gal but i have these

which are mystus carcio catfish(pyjama catfish)
will they eat the neons or guppies

From what I could find on them, it looks like they stay at about 3" or less. I wouldn't THINK they would bother tetras or guppys but that is just a guess. They should all stay close to the same size.
