Will A Hydor 12Mm Inlet Heater Fit Eheim 2213 Pipes?

I'm buying all new equipment, and have been looking at external heaters. I've decided to get one but I don't know whether it will fit or not onto the eheim 2213 pipes, does anyone know if they will?

Oh an will I be okay just to stick all my old filter media from the internal that I have now into the new eheim to bump start the cycle? Will it do much?

What's the internal pipe diameter of the pipes on the filter?

I'd add all old media into the new filter.

12mm sorry i couldnt see any dimensions on charterhouse, but then i found it on another site, i was really just asking incase anyone knew what diameter they actually were.


And if i shove it all in will i avoid a cycle?
