Absolutly not!
I always test my water in the bags whenever i buy new fish. last 2 times i have had 0.50 of Ammonia and 0.50 of Nitrite.....and the last was a ph of 6.0 (when out normal round here is 7.5)

Do i really want that in my tank??

in theory, it wont do much as it will be diluted when in the tank, i just net my fish out as i always have done.

I don't think stress coat will do anything. At the shop I was running we never did that and had the best results out of any shop I have worked at. High quality food and water is all you need to do. NOTHING can replace or or match these two simple things.

In theory, yes, but it's still nasty stuff that doesn't need to go into your tank when it's easily avoided.
