is there any 1 of the site whos a student in art or likes to draw as im looking for a new tatoo and wondering if any 1 can design me somthing im either wanting my have more round my arm which has some trible design already on it or somtihng diffrent

iv done a few designs for friends but my best was a back tattoo which he,s yet to get done as its gonna cost him alot to have done. id go for something new not tribal as everyone gets them now.

Yes, i do Germ. I have copys of some designs I've done in the past for people, but nothing digital i can share. You see, i moved here to the new Apt. on Sunday and am on a new computer. I am also short a digital camera and scanner. So really aside from photography I've got nothing to share, I will be putting up a website soon though that will include my art, but until i can get back to the rent's house i dont have anything digital; which im kicking myself over because now i cant launch the site without photos.I've never charged anyone for designs they did not like or accept, so really he's nothing to lose regardless. But ill see what i can do about haveing those image files mailed to me.

On another note though; deviant art is indeed a good place to get some ideas. Wouldn't go with a tribal arm band though, i have a feeling that in 20 years people are going to see it the way people today see "big hair" from the 70's and 80's. wouldn't do anything to perminately date yourself.

Not fussed about peoples opinions; c'est la vie, we all make mistakes. I've still got my ex's name on my right forearm along with her starsign, Scorpio. Realistically if you get a tattoo and regret it in the future then IMO it just serves as a reminder of your earlier stupidity or poor decision making. Like a little personal history, in ink. Then again i've got a few tattoos for no reason other than boredom (i like the feeling) while i wouldn't recommend it, if you are of a certain opinion about life in general (fatalistic) then it doesn't matter anyhow.
If i'm alive in 20 years and i feel that self-concious about my tattoos (although no tribal arm bands) then i've obviously not leant a great deal from life anyway!

A personal history in ink has always been my way of looking at it as well, just would rather have somthing done that no one else has.

i agree theres nothing worse than walking around town and seeing the same tattoo on ten diff people lol i want something pesonal for my lower (which im not going to design myself would rather pay fo one) so if you get your things sorted for pics then let me know please i might be intrested.
