Hi there

My wife has just purchased a 90 gallon tank with coral and several tropical fish inside. Were new to this and havent got much of a clue really.

We have figured out the filtering etc but the chap that came to fit the filters said we really needed a proper light for the health of our fish and coral, at the moment it is just a strip light like you find in your kitchen. Ive done some looking around and just dont know which kind of light I need, although we are keen to have an LED light to help lower our carbon footprint.

Ive found 2 uk sites ( http://www.greenlights.org.uk and http://www.aquariumledlighting.co.uk) selling pretty cool lights but would like to know if anyone has bought a light from them and whether it was any good. Some of the lights are submersible???? is this correct and why ?

Anyway thanks for any help you can give me

hello fishytrevor
