Whats The Best Way To Clean Hoses On Externals?

I think my hoses could do with a clean on both my tetratec externals ex700 & ex1200,but whats the best way to clean them out please?

I've been hunting around for something like a long bottle brush type wire,but searches aren't being very fruitful

you can buy a brush on a flexi cable from lfs it works a treat

ive used a bottle brush and a piece of string (both ends have to be disconnected tho)and pull the brush through

A sturdy piece of twine a couple feet longer than the hoses, a scrap of rag tied to one end, a small screw or nail to the other. Drop the weighted end through, pull the rag through.
