ok, well i'm not being harsh here but you need a lot more colour in that tank. I'm not a plants person but choose some different live plants and maybe a couple of fake ones and dot them around but keep the larger ones at the back of the tank. Try some large clean stones at the front of the tank and i recommend some driftwood on either side. If you want to keep the gravel fine but a lighter colour would suit your tank better. See if you can throw in a background too. Fish, well your molly will be lonely so get maybe 2 more female mollies and if you want to be breeding get a male mollie as well, 6-8 tetras of some sort would go nicely and help your water out by getting a pair of catfish maybe plecos or upside down catfish etc.
