What type and brand of food do you think would be best for a goldfish?

Can't remeber what brand it is but we use variety mix.

it's meant for koi aswell but is high in protein and made to bring the best out in colour.

all my LFH's have it.

it has orange and white sticks with green pellets.

oh and my goldfish gobble it up pretty quick so it can't be bad!!

Any good pellets/flakes and other high protien food sticks will do the job as well as some frozen and live foods.
