What To Cut Juwel Lid With?

Fitted an external to my trigon, just wondering what I can cut the black lid flap with so it goes around the pipes and sits flat?? I have no saws or anything If I score it with something sharp, will it snap cleanly?

Ok, no worries, used sharp scissors and half snapped, still it worked well and all fitted now
