I need methylene blue and aquari-sol as the incubation formula for my killi eggs and petsmart, wal-mart, or this place called noahs pets have never even heard of the stuff. What the hell? petsmarts the best place to find common stuff for pets my ass. Arent they both common medications? This makes me so angry because I need this stuff tonight and nowhere has it.

No but I havent removed them from the spawning mop yet. Oh and another question that I need someone to answer, would it be ok to treat the tank with melafix if it still has the spawning mop and eggs in it?

I'm not sure about the med question, but I know that a way to keep fungus away from eggs is to put an airstone underneath them.

PetsMart is just for basic starter stuff, not for hobbyists. The only way I know of to get methylene blue anymore is off the internet. I know there are other anti-fungal meds for eggs that I have seen in some local pet stores but never in a chain store. A lot of specialist companies won't deal with chain stores. Some chain stores only have products from certain companies (sometimes the companies are part owners of the stores).

Yea thats what I thought too that they only carry certain brands but melafix is an API brand med and I got it at Petsmart but so is aquari-sol and they dont have it, if the hurricane slows down(lol) me and my dad are going to my lfs and hopefully they'll have it, if not I'm going to be pissed.
