Hello!

Currently I have a 54 litre (15 US Gallon I think) tank that is 60cm by 30 by 30 and has fairly hard water. It's stocking:

1 Keyhole Cichlid
1 Peacock Gudgeon

What other suitable tank mates could be added?
I was thinking a shoal of dwarf neon, celebes or threadfin rainbows. Or potentially a shoal of cardinal tetras or harlequin rasboras or something similar.
For bottom feeders I was looking at otto catfish or kuhli loaches. Preference to the Kuhlis.
I was also disputing adding a sparkling or dwarf gourami.

If anyone has any advice on what's suitable please let me know.
Thanks!

Keyhole cichlid is not a suitable tank mate for peacock gudgeons. When the keyhole is bigger it could eat the gudgeon and will certainly eat all the food you put in the tank.

Depending on what the pH and GH of your water is, will determine what fish you should keep.
