What Species Of Fish Enjoy/play In/live In Sand

Earth Eaters, any blue ones? Those sound interesting, I have been wanting to add a few of the more doscile ciclids. Do the fire eels get very large very quickly? Will fire eels tear up your tank decorations? Any other suggestions?

Alot of the geophagus arent totally blue, but alfrontis and surinamensis have blue scales. Not the whole body is blue though...
