What Lighting For A 76Cm Long High/medium Light Aquarium?

Ok,

So I'm just weighing up the different options, LEDs, T5s etc. However I'm struggling to find a medium to high lighting unit which is made from T5 bulbs and without having about 5 or 6 bulbs! I'm just looking for something cheaper, however I guess if this isn't possible, I'll just have to let myself to the dark side with the LEDs

Please suggest names of brands etc, as I cant find high wattage tubes which can fit inside my 76cm long hood.
