It had a dark green stripe running through it, presumably the yummy plants it has been eating - Nom, Nom, Nom![]()

To some people yes it does matter. People like to know what they are housing, is it safe? Is it poisonous, is it endangered? If like you say it doesn't matter, why feel the need to comment at all? To me thats a bit of trolling and you should leave the subject to be discussed by people who actually want to discus it.

Just found it a bit weird people are trying to ID a caterpillar in the Tropical fish section. Didn't know I touched a raw nerve rdp50734![]()

they are actually a good indicator of water quality-used as a bio-indicator in many stream/lake water quality and pollution studies. Ive seen lots of different species in streams, but they all make their "shells" from pebbles and sticks. never seen one use plant material. COOL STUFF!
