What Is This Sprouting From My Anubias

I've had anubias for a few months now and never saw something like this sprouting from the plant.   Is this a seed pod or is it something else.

It's a flower, your anubias must be happy

Cool.   I do fertilize with excel, flourish, and flourish trace.
