What is the white dot in the tank? Is it algae?

I just clean the tank yesterday and this white dot appears all over in the tank.
Is it just the algae or it’s something like germs or bacteria that are bad to fish?

Yes, have a bit at the bottom. And the fish had ich last week and we used treatment, not sure if this could be potential related to this issue.

might be bubbles when you put in the water it aerates the water but i cant tell. name of plant?

If the plants have melted lately this could be bits of debris left on the glass.
