what is that small square white rock thing call? i think it can keep good bacteria?

Ah, okay. You use such objects inside filters, where they are colonized by bacteria and archaea that feed on ammonia and help maintain your cycle. There are many things you can use for this, but find those porous white round rock things useful in a filter. Here, they're round, but they are bio filter media whatever their shape.

Here, ceramic rings for biofiltration. There are various brand names.

I had a total brain jam on 'ceramic'... oops.

So what is it call? How many do i put for one betta? Do you have picture of this thing and picture of it with betta?
Thank you,
As I've already said it is ceramic. ;) That is what it is and but it could be called by several brand names. There are several shapes and some variation in colors.

It isn't a matter of how many to use for a Betta. It is a matter of if they can be used in your filter. Without a picture of the tank and the make and model of the filter no one can really answer.

Here is what is needed from you. Without this there really isn't any more info I can give.
  • A picture of the entire tank from, both, the front and side so we can see if the tank has built in filtration. If built in filtration there is probably a chamber for such ceramics.
  • The make and model of the filter in the tank if it does not use built in filtration.
  • A close-up picture of the thing so we can be sure that it is, in fact, ceramic.

Assuming we're all talking about the same thing, ceramic media goes in the filter not the tank itself. It needs water flow, as @jaylach stated, to be effective. Putting it in the tank will not do much good, if any at all. So there are no photos of ceramic media in a tank with a betta.

Just scattered in a tank would be a wasted effort. It is designed to go into mechanical filters with water flow. I use some in corner box filters. I've never bought them, but ceramic rings come with some commercial HOB filters as media.
