What Is Going On With My Guppies?!

My guppies were being housed with a couple peppered corydoras, ADFs and a betta - they viciously ripped apart the betta so I took him out, and now they are attacking both the catfish and the little ADFs - why are they suddenly so mean?!

I tried rearranging the tank incase they were becoming territorial but it hasn't helped. And every time they attack it is initiated by the same three females!!!

Are you certain that you have guppy females? Things like Gambusia females look much like guppies but are definitely not community tank fish.

oh they are definitely Guppy females - I have had them forever and have raised quite a few batches of fry from them...
