What Filter?

I,m about to set up a small tank 12 ltrs mainly planted with shrimp and a few snails and was wondering which would be the best filter to go in it, its my grandaughters old goldfish tank and its got a filter with it, the marina i25, but i'm sure there is something better than that for not much money, so any ideas please.

I'd go for an Azoo mignon, they're pretty cheap.

the i25 is'nt a bad little filter IME. In a shrimp tank i'd go with a small external, something like this, they're more coming in next week apparently.
