What Else Could Go In My Tank

3 3 inch fish don't stay 3 inch for long, especially a Gibbiceps that can reach sizes of 18inches +
Also you need to id the catfish, can't you upload a pic ?

The recommended stocking for Figure 8 puffers is 20G per puffer

ok so i do have a Gibbiceps but the other catfish is pure silver and kinda has a hammer head and how is 3 3 inch fish gonna be too crowded in a 30 gallon ???
i am going to be aquiring a 75g tank soon so i will move the other fish into that and keep the puffers in the 30 that ok???

Not sure what the other catfish is, pics will help a lot in ID'ing it. Your tank isn't currently overstocked or over-crowded, but it will become that way as the fish you have in it continue to grow, so you should start looking into getting a larger tank for them or rehoming the fish so you can avoid this inevitability  . The gibby will probably outgrow the 75gallon depending on its measurements, but that for now is the only fish in the 30gal that could. I'm no expert on puffers though so i can't say for certain how well yours will get along together in the 30gal.

i was more concerned with pics of his fins then whole body but as i had said he does have a resemblance to a hammer head shark

Rofl, well don't you choose your fish well ?

That appears to be a pangasius, a fish totally unsuitable for home aquaria due to their enormous adult size,
