stocking for mbuna tank is in my sig, do you think that once they are all at adult size I will have room for more, I still want to add another syno and maybe a BN plec. But I will pass on the bn for more cichlids.

The filtration will be upgraded again to a tetra tec 1200 with the internal jewel one running as well. At the mo I have a sera 1100 running on it.

cheers chish

If I calculated right, 180 liters is 47gal. So, I wouldn't add any more fish. And, you'll want to keep a close eye on your kennyis, they can be nasty in smaller tanks. :good:

I'd agree chish, given their adult size - i'd stick with what you've got. Filtration should be plenty with the Tetratec 1200. I'd reccommend upgrading the Juwel pump to the 1500 though - it makes a big difference and turns the Juwel internal system into a pretty efficient filter. :good: Costs around £45-50 though.

okidoki, you can always live in hope lol. Yeah ferris I will put a post on there soon, just moved house so am off line for a week or two, until I get to work in the morning that it is :shifty: lol.

Ferris would I just buy a new powerhead for the jewel filter, I am sceptical about jewel stuff as two powerheads have gone on the thing in only a few months. Pants or what.

quick edit:

ome of those tanks are simply stunning, I will definately post my tank there once its sorted and looks nice, when I moved I just set it up as quickly as possible lol, so it needs a desperate aqquascaping

That's what i mean - the 1500 powerhead. It costs around £45 but makes a big difference and you've always got the existing one as a spare. :good:

cool I shall look into that when I have some more money
