Tetra Prima (which can be bought in 3Kg buckets on Ebay for <£70), Hikari Cichlid Gold small floating pellets and Hikari algae wafers are the staple diet for fish in each tank. Twice a week they each get a treat of defrosted food, normally a mix of the "Tropical Quintet" cubes.

In the mornings I give my African cichlids:

Sera granured along with Tetra Pro crisps

On an evening I give:

Spirulina Flakes with Sera Granured and for the cats they get 1-2 Sera Catfish Chips.

I need to look into other things what would you recommend and how often would you recommend giving them? Like blood worm etc?
