A variety of things like New Life Spectrum Granuels, Hikari Micro Granules, Tetra Prima, Algae Wafers, Frozen Blood Worm/Brine Shrimp. And now and again some blanched Spinach or Broccoli. One day per week I don't feed anything.

It's always a good ideal to keep your fishes diet varied so that they are not eating the same thing every day.

One portion of flake daily for breakfast, every other day bloodworm for dinner, twice a week algea wafer, twice a week bottom feeder pellets, and sometimes peas.

Monday- granules
Tuesday- granules + algae wafer
Wednesday- granules
Thursday- granules + algae wafer
Friday- nothing
Saturday- a tablet that sticks to the wall of tank and slowly falls apart
Sunday- granules + algae wafer
:)
