What Do U Think Of My Mate's Stocking?

well its smaller than my 58g, * 4ft * its a 55g * 4ft * he has currently got:

2x oscars,
2x silverdollars,
2x pakistani loaches,
1x common pleco.

i think this is VERY over stocked, ive told him to take them back and get smaller fish but he wont take any of my advise,

and his 5ft:

1x pacu,
4x red belly prahanas,
and 2 other fish that are huge and havent got a clue wt they are.

so wt u think???
