I want to a fish to clean my glass, I have 2 albino corys and a betta in a 27L so I only want something very small and that can live on its own.

I would say in that small a tank your best bet would be nerite snails. They do a great job and there are some pretty ones out there.

Albino corys need at least 15-20 gallons and schools of at LEAST 4.

Sadly, whatever you do, homo sapiens will end up cleaning the glass to a degree. Algae eating fish are great, but don't clear everything.

Move the Cory's to a bigger tank and add a Borneo sucker
Remember that these fish like cooler water than most tropicals.

And very highly oxygenated water which, in practice, means a very high turnover rate from the filter, which the betta would not like at all! I would go so far as to say they were completely imcompatable.

.....and they also need more current, probably too much for a Betta tank.
