hey every one,
A family member has a tank full of a variety of fish and there are some angels who wont stop breeding.
She doesnt want them to breed as often as they do and the eggs arent being eaten. she doesnt want to kill the fish.
But how can she reduce the amount of times they breed to a minimum?

any advice would be awesome thanks.

If its a problem, then remove the source, ie a male or female....sorted...otherwise bring them to me :good:

four angel fry, sounds like the tank mates are eating the fry quite well, bearing in mind a batch can be around 70 upward

Most people are more worried about getting them to mate...

They won't donut if water conditions aren't right, so you could try putting something in to adjust the ph a little...

Or go the easy route and dump in a load of ammonia... (disclaimer: don't actually put in ammonia that would be horrible and possibly kill them... It's only a joke)

can't see why it's an issue though.

Just leave them to it, if you get any getting big enough take em to the lfs...

ok thanks guy oh and the 4 angel fry arent hers there mine.
i will pass on the advice thank.

Why not put another fish in that will cull the number of eggs?
There are some bristle nose catfish in there but im not to sure how protective they are but ill tell her this as well thanks.
