What are these dots ?

I have loads of dots on the inside of my glass they are almost transparent with a slight white tint my water is ok test results show Gh 120
KH 50

Ph6.5-7
NO2 0
N03 20-40
, my NO3 maybe slightly high
I’m just not sure what they are they come off easy enough with the magnet cleaner

My bad, not diatoms. Diatoms are a form of algae, this looks like Hydra: https://www.thesprucepets.com/combat-aquarium-pest-hydra-1381228

Which can be deadly to small fish.

Not hydra. Hydra are larger, long, and don't cover the tank glass in the thousands.

I had a similar issue with my 20g long, when I first set it up. No clue what it was. I just removed it.

And yes, not Hydra, sorry.

The only other thing I can think of, is evaporation of hard water. Makes sense that that was the thing in my 20g long, because the lady kept guppies in there before me.

Still doesn’t look like the flaky stuff I had...
