We've Had Babies!

I bought my first fish yesterday and my female swordfish has given birth whilst I've been at work, I've found a few babies but they keep getting eaten, I know this is normal but what can I do to save them. I don't have a seperate tank!

Give them to a fish keeping friend, or let them be eaten if you can't and don't have the space

(your LFS might take them, but it's unlikely)

Feed the adults more food then hopefully they won't feel hungry

You could get a breeding box to put them in. They're about £6 and they float in the top of your tank, so you dont need a separate one and your parents cant munch on them.

you can get a platic tuper wear contaner put them in it punch holes small enought hat they cant egt threw all over and put it in the tank. or even a mason jar with holes but them under the heater because by my guess it would be harder for them to get heat in the container/jar.
