7 baby fish

I have 7 temperate fish in a 24 litre tank (have not acceded my fish point limit) and bought the first fish about 18 months ago, adding slowly to make 7 throught the months since.

Today I’ve noticed there’s 7 baby fish all of a sudden, I’ve seperated them from the rest of the tank and given them small bits of food but unsure what to do now.

Should I get a bigger tank? Or is there anywhere to take the new fish? Hertfordshire area

If you were to keep them, a much bigger tank would be needed, as 24L is on the small side.

If you are desperate to rehome them, most Maidenhead AQ's or local stores will take them off you. However, 95% of the time for nothing in return. You can ask for fish bags from any Maidenhead AQ, and they will most likely give you some . Do you know the species?

That’s great thankyou for your help , I’ve got a Maidenhead AQ near me so I’ll investigate that option.

They’re either danios or minows, most likely minows I think from what they look like.
