a couple more water changes should shift that last bit of nitrite for you.. then test daily and WC accordingly

Yup, much better!

Try to keep both ammonia and nitrite below .25 ppm. You are doing good!

Yup, the ammonia is a little high. A good 50% WC will bring it down to .25 ppm. But a 75% WC will bring it down to .125ppm. So I would do at least a 75% WC!

i had to go back to bed just after the last results, i became so weak due to this bug ive caught

ive also been keeping my hands very clean whilst maintaining my fish , maybe a daft question but, can human bugs/infections/virus's be transferred to fish?

just did a 75% water change, new test in about an hour

no, not a cold or flu. Mycobacteria can pass between fish and humans, but transmission is rare, and difficult, but it can be passed on through cuts, which is why I recommend you cover any cuts or grazes before putting your hands into the tank
