Water Changes?- How Often?

Hi guys how often do you do water changes, i have a rekord 60, 54 litres so wa thinking about 1/3 water change every fortnight is this soon enough or not soon enough

Depends on how long your tank has been set up...

it depends on the stocking of the tank and what filtration your running,

I personally do a 50%water change every 7-10 days

I do roughly 20-30% a week as well.

I get kind of involved in my gravel cleaning as the siphon is going, so whenever I'm happy with the gravel I just let it stop and its anywhere between a 25 and a 50% water change from that.

LOL, that's exactly why I said 20-30%. I'm a little OCD about gravel vacuuming.

25% weekly. (though if I miss a week, I do a 50%)

30% weekly. Personally I wouldn't be happy doing it fortnightly and my rams get grumpy if I leave it that long.

50% twice a week, but that's only beecause I am breeding and water quality has to be kept very high.
