Sounds like a good buy to me, just make sure the seals all look good when you pick it up.

i plan to ask to fill it with water to check for and lose seals..though i could just buy some sealant and give it a do over

I think those tanks are 40-60 New. You can buy semi nice decent stands for them also

It says the max weight is 13 kg but I dont know if thats each shelf or in total, if its total you might be pushing it for the weight.
Are you any good at woodwork? If so build yourself a unit. My hubby and son built mine for less than a tenner. They built the hood for this tank too. Not the best of pictures but gives you an idea. I paid a fortune for the stand similar but darker you can just see for my 4ft tank made by a company called D.A.Woodcraft and wasn't getting stung like that again. Hubby knocked it together in a couple of hours.
