No sorry you need the right med for flukes there one by waterlife but i wasnt impressed with it at all.
Took me ages with the stuff ended striping the tank down in the end, then dosing again.
That jbl is about the best med i've heard for flukes, though you can use methylene blue but i don't know how effect it is.
