little side question before i start the post. Could a Moderator add this to my tank specific problems as i try to look through my posts.
UPDATE ON RED GILL DANIO.
So after about 1 week of water changes, and adding melafix, my red-gill danios have healed, I also removed my filter intake sponge and that seemed to have also helped. So within this little water problem, could the filter sponge have been a cause of it as i suspect it was leeching something into the water. I dont know to much about sponges itself so i may be wrong. i had changed my filter media as well so i can use my new filter(my new filter is carbon filling instead of a carbon cartridge), and before you ask if i had put the old media in the new media area, i had for the 1st week. during that week the ammonia and nitrite/nitrate didnt spike due to the double filter.
Also, the bloating on my black-skirt tetras have gone down once they laid their eggs in the gravel. I had noticed some fry in my breeder area(latch on to side of tank within the tank).
How should i feed the fry? or should the pellets be ok for now until i get more info on how to feed fry
