brought my second food type last weekend and my fish dont seem interested in daphnia, i have only tried feeding them it twice tho, its tetra deli food and isnt alive, its a type of jelly, would my fish find the live version more apealing or should i just be persistant and give them more time?

Aw Phoenix mate, you can't keep tiger barbs in a tiny tank like that with any success unfortunately. You'll be struggling with water quality, stress, and disease- making life hard for yourself and spoiling all the fun.

Have a read of this to see what I mean:

Great to see you getting into fish, you'll enjoy it much more if you can keep fish in suitable conditions.

See my sig.
Its not entirly true but not many things do well in a 4.5G a betta would but there not many other things. Also the cory's i think need around 15G to be happy. Did you do a fishless cycle on that tank??

yep i know but on the bright note im getting a 40us gal(fluval duo deep 1000, with an eheim filter once i get the chance to upgrade the filter) in two months
they are my first fish, and were brought in my noobish impatiance
but im now reseaching almost every second,
just got to to wait for the tank...
then ill use the 4.5(uk) for ether a pigmy puffer but not likely, hospital as its systemised
or fry and no i did a fish with bactira products like bactozym
