i have a fluval edge marine setup. i want it a full reef but was just wondering what extras i need. do i need magnesium and calcium as it is such a small tank. also i have ordered a LED strip what is controled by a remote control and has dimming and fading functions. i want to replace the halogens and was wondering would these bulbs be ok to just put straight in

any extra tips would be nice
thanks

sorry. don't know anything about the Edge. Just looked it up and it's only 6 gallons? Or are there different sizes?

i've seen other edges set up as marine and they look great, can't offer any advice tho as i'm just starting to look into marine

well you shouldn't need mag or calc. Since it's such a small tank you couldn't put a whole lot in it. I would stick to zoa's, paly's or Rics.

You are looking at only 1 fish or so since it's a small living quarters.

i was thinking maybee some frogspawn or some pom pom xenia. the problem with the frogspawn obviously is the agressiveness. what other things could i keep in there and could i risk putting the frogspawn in.
thanks
