I'd say another couple of days. even if she drops them in the tank you can still catch lots of them the morning after just watch in the tank when you turn the light on and be ready with the net, or if your in it takes hours for her to complete the drop, as soon as you see the first one pop out catch her and put her in the trap.

Its the same with women(not a dig at women) , you cant give an exact time for delivery its impossible you can only give it to the nearist week or 2 but with fish the pregnancy is a lot shorter,well nine times shorter lol, so the margin is alot smaller, how many drops she has had,water temp,fry development all play a key factor on when she gives birth.

By the looks of her, you need room for about 20 fry. My big girl usually gives me 30 to 35 but she gets a lot bigger than that.

since it's her first pregnancy, the number of fry produced wont be extremeley high although would guess around 15-20? I reckon in around 2 or 3 more pregnant spells, she will produce at least 35 fry. Also, looks like tommorow she might drop. Probably in the morning (for some reason, fish always seem to give birth during the night or early morning)

It's Saturday now, 1:43 pm, she still hasn't had babies but that white tube is more prominent, like I can see it better now so hopefully soon! *crosses fingers*
