In case you don't know it, using someone else's art without giving them credit for it is called plagiarism. It is plain and simple stealing, even if you make changes to it like you have done. This is a link to the place where it came from:

By the way, it does not make sense to steal something from someone on one forum and post it on another. You will usually get caught.
