    2 digestive biscuits with nutela in the middle ... yummy, but often messy!

    Another one, banana and sugar sandwich... :drool:

    ooo and ham and cheese wotsit sandwich

    You have to try these!

    anyone else got good snacks ?

    I love cheese and marmite sarnies/on toast for a snack.
    When I get in from work, I usually go straight for the chocolate though......

    ahh man there is loads, binge on crisps and energy drinks is my usual.

    however, a bowl of wheatabix or salad goes down very well. especially on hot days. another one is a pitta bread with humous. the best one is a jacobs cream cracker or 6 with a spoonful of salsa.

    lol, banana and sugar. =P

    i love crisps!!! theyre so nice but i have one bag a day lol (FAT!!! :lol: )
    when i get home i normally have:
    jacobs cream crackers with some chicken tikka and pepper
    home made pancakes
    chicken tikka salad

    things i cant stand:
    cake
    chocolate
    anything with sugar really!

    salt all the way!!!

    marmite is yeast extract and its ******* amazing
    a twiglet tastes nice but strange (to hard to describe)
    wotsit a cheese puff!

    haha.. forgot about you guys in america not knowing what most these things are haha! I was speaking to some people for texas when I was on holiday and we were talking about biscuits/cookie and here we have a thing called a digestive biscuit and they thought it was a type of lacsitive... haha
