The backyard is blooming...

I love being busy in the backyard. With all the vegetation around me, makes me calm...
Just did some quick snaps of a number of flowers in the backyard...

Nice
Do you have deer where you are? Most of those flowers would just be salad for the animals around here.

A stunning display of colour. One of the best bits about this time of year, no matter what the weather is doing, there will always be a splash of vibrant colour to cheer everyone up

Nope! No specific tips... Sorry! They just grow in the full sun. I've got them in my outdoor tubs and ponds.

No, in the area where I live we don't have deer. So fortunately, the flowers are safe...

LOL! We are known for our tulips. That's true. But actually, their origin is not dutch but turkish... But we're hypocrite enough to take the credits...

Love the flowers! Their gorgeous!

Well, thank you...

I see you are multi talented! There’s a unifying theme here with the color variations. Do you cultivate your own strains of flowers too?

What's the garden doing today ?? Have your flowers survived the heat?

[10 Tanks]

Hello. So pretty. We have Poppies like never before and the Bachelor Buttons, Day Lilies and Iris are just thriving this year. Had a lot of rain and little hail, which usually sets everything back.

No, I don't cultivate my own strains of flowers. I just love gardening.

They have survived the heat. But it did cost me a lot of water to keep them that way. Well, the heat has been present all over Europe. And it still does. But today, is a bit of a cloudy day but comfortable.
I live in the eastern part of our country. And during summer and spring, the southern and eastern part of our country are the hottest areas. And during fall and winter they're the coldest areas.
