I have been testing my water for 5 days now and they have all been fine.

up until this afternoon when I got back from school, I tested it again just to make sure and the ammonia was 0.5ppm and the nitrate was 0.10ppm is this OK to put fish in?
pH - 7.6
Ammonia - 0.5ppm
Nitrite - 0.0ppm
Nitrate - 0.10ppm

Nope, you're certainly not gonna want to put fish in there, with lethal amounts of ammonia present.

I'm guessing you're cycling? You ask if you can add fish yet so I'm guessing you're fishless cycling in a sense, but have you added ammonia yourself? I'm guessing you've fallen into the trap that many pet stores set new owners up for, which is having the tank stand with water in it for a few days, but this doesn't achieve much.

Hi, are we to assume these readings are from the 100lt tank you set up since Christmas? If so it's not cycled and certainly no place to put fish!

More info is required. How are you cycling this set-up?

No I haven't added in my own ammonia but I tested it again today and it was all at 0ppm??? Dont know what happened there!
