hi

I just bought some tetra 6 in 1 test strips, they looked great but it looks like theres no ammonia test on it??? theres nitrate, nitrite, hardness, carb hardness, ph, and chlorine...?thnks

For ammonia you will require a liquid test kit, or a set of paper strips.

They cant put Ammonia tests on the same strip as the Nitrate and Nitrite tests because the chemicals used for the Ammonia test reacts with the other tests! Wouldnt work!!

I reckon API might eventually come up with a box set of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate tests in seperate pots, they are more likely to than tetra i think.
