Test Kit Question

I use the API master liquid test kit but id like to test for kh and gh. The test kit I have doesnt come with that. I went to one of my LPS and they have a Tetra test laborett which comes with everything for 19 but I'm just wanting the kh and gh. Im going to a few other shops today to see if I can just fine those but if not I was wondering how accurate are they.

You can probably pick up the API GH/KH kit fairly cheap. IIRC it was about 6 plus shipping for me.
