Tasty Roast Lamb

Take one lamb joint. Poke slits all over with a sharp knife. Into each slit, push a sliver of garlic. Then drizzle runny honey over the joint, add 2 table spoons of lemon juice and shake a teaspoon of ginger over it all. Roast.
Flipping delicious.
